- Minimum age requirement: 25 years old
- Valid ID or passport
- Credit card for deposit required
- Spanish A/A2 driver’s license or equivalent international license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with type A license.
Your responsibility when renting with Ducati Madrid RENT
- You are responsible for traffic fines and violations as well as damages to the motorcycle if you drive outside the law or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- You are responsible for damages to the motorcycle up to the total amount of the deposit, except in cases of negligence, misuse or unauthorized use, in which case you are responsible for 100% of the value of the motorcycle plus damages and losses.
- You are responsible for the motorcycle until you return it to us; never abandon or leave it unattended.
- You cannot use the motorcycle off-road or on a circuit.
- If you plan to leave Spain, you must notify us in advance.
- If you have a flat tire, you must repair it at your own expense.
- You must return the motorcycle with a full tank of gas.
- You must return the motorcycle at the specified time and location, with a grace period of 2 additional hours without additional charges.
- 50% refund of the reservation for cancellations made 15 days or less in advance. 100% refund for cancellations made more than 15 calendar days in advance.
- Charge of €70 for modifications to the reservation with 7 days or less notice. No charge for modifications with more than 7 days’ notice.
- Full tank deposit of €40-60 depending on the tank capacity. Partially full tank charge of €2.5/litre.
- Extra kilometer penalty for mileage not contracted: €0.60/km.
- Penalty for returning the motorcycle with more than 2 hours of delay: full day rental.
- Penalty for motorcycle recovery: Within Spain: €400 + transport costs | Outside Spain: €1,000 + transport costs
- Penalty for late return of more than 1 day: €600/day.
